Thank you Kirsty, Pamela and Lauriann for your care and kindness and the excellence of your work during my minor surgical procedure. It was carried out with a calm and quiet efficiency. You explained everything clearly both before and following the operation.  

It is encouraging and reassuring to experience the best of what the NHS do for us, expressed and delivered through the high quality of those who work in it and that was my experience this morning

I found the team friendly and personable which helped to put one at ease. They chatted and showed an interest in one as a person.
