My partner had an angiogram today and was advised to leave his surgical stockings on for two days. Rung up to ask whether or not this meant to leave them on in bed. Person on the other end of the phone didn't know what an angiogram was! And said he would arrange a call back. Seeing as my partner wanted to go to bed there and then, said no leave it. Unbelievable thought they were supposed to be medically trained!
