Dear Isabella

Thank you for your words, which are so true, and no matter how well things are planned sometimes they do hit unseen pitfalls that need to be overcome.

Having flexible and robust staff at times like these can go a long way to make the difference between chaos and calm.

We know how stressful it can be coming to hospital and we never want to add to a patients anxiety and as you have highlighted, we have amazing people doing a difficult job getting everything in place so that patients don’t need to worry about their care while in hospital.

Thank you again for your kind words which I will share with the department

Regards

Patient Experience Team
