"Great practice"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

I need advice on how to get to actually speak to the ibd nurses re my repeat medication i have contacted the number i was given and the message is so confusing telling you to contact your gp for azathioprine but the gp surgery dont kno anything about it. At the moment i am due to run out of the medication

I left a message on the answerphone but i havent heard back from anyone. I am frustrated as i dont know what to do next. In the past i have spoke to the secretary then received the prescription to pick up from the pharmacy at the hospital. Why has this changed. I have never had any cause to complain about chorley hospital in any way, shape or form i have always had great experiences at this hospital. I am not complaining now i just need to know if i can get my medication shortly or not.

Hello Angela, I am sorry but I have no contact details for you. Please can you contact either 01772 524103 or 01772 524030, and press 3 - to ask the secretary if you can speak with the nurse, if there is no answer please leave a contact number and someone will get back to you. If you are still having issues, please contact our Patient Advise and Liaison service and they will help, they are available on 01772 522972. Thank you
