Daughter had an infection.

Seen the same day and prescribed antibiotics.

Sadly testing showed that the strain was resistant to the antibiotic given.

Rang again. No appointment available but reception staff, nurse and doctor ensured that a suitable prescription was provided quickly.

I understand how busy doctor's surgeries are and did not wish to un-necessarily take up their time.

I was very satisfied with the resolution of my daughter's issue.

I have also used their e-consultation system, which again has been efficient and effective.

Where an appointment has been needed, I have always received the assistance I have required.
