Went to ED with my son on 15/10. Very strange case with my son have huge neck/lymph swelling. An amazing Doctor got in contact with ENT who then took over my son's care. The ENT consultant was absolutely amazing. He got my son on the ward and he is now home recovering. Although we did wait ten hours from start to finish, this was made bearable as we were kept up to date and looked after. Considering the hospital is on black alert, the service was great and my son is on the mend. Thank you x
