(as the patient),

I was treated with kindness and consideration, some minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time, and the procedure went off without difficulty.

I was particularly impressed by the "bedside manner" of the staff who took care of me (David and Laurian)

Thank you Davey, for taking the time to let us know of your experience at our clinic.

We are both delighted that we were able to meet your expectations, although not everyone is lucky enough to be seen ahead of time. Lauriann must have been driving me hard that day!

Hopefully everything is proceeding as planned and you are not in too much discomfort.
