"A firm reminder that nobody cares."

After attending an appointment at the centre, I feel my mental health has actually deteriorated. I haven't felt this close to killing myself in a long time. Numerous attempts to either discharge me or pass me off to a "mens social group" was a great reminder that nobody cares about my mental health or wellbeing at all. Despite requests for help, I was given a Recovery College Prospectus and told to come back in six months. I left the centre feeling disgusted and hopeless.
