My elderly relative with dementia has been here for the past year. The staff is well-trained and above all kind and empathetic. The Manager is excellent, kind, and personable. They're 100% better than my relative's last nursing home- where staff lacked training and management were unsupportive. My relative was frightened at that place, and covered in cuts and bruises.

The care at Laughton Croft is excellent with a kind and respectful staff.
