"Disgusting practice and embarrassing "

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital

Absolute bewildered with the service we received. Lack of communication from the receptionist all the way through the chain. We got doctors going awol in the back speaking to nurses and avoiding patients who are sat in waiting area like chickens in a Cage. I can’t believe our tax money is wasted on individuals who prefer you to be discharged in order to ease up their patient queues. Absolutely disgusting hospital and won’t be coming here again! I’ve had better service in a children’s tea party.

It is clear from your posting how frustrated you have been left feeling from your experience and for this I am sincerely sorry. It is disappointing to read that our staff were not as communicative as they could have been and this is not in keeping with the Trust's values.
