About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I have been 3 times in the last month. Once with my son who was fainting and twice with my mum who has had dizzy spells and high blood pressure. We also had a car ambulance come today and the paramedic was also brilliant. 

All 3 times the level of care from the receptionists to nurses and doctors has been exceptional. Every person we saw was professional, kind and thorough in everything they did. Everything was explained so we knew what was happening and why.
