"Shocking Accident & Emergency Dept"

Currently I have been sat in A&E for 6 hrs with my elderly mother who is very unwell, she has had no food and drink for over 24hrs now, no medication for over a day and she relies on her medication. She has serious health problems. She is sat in a wheelchair after being transferred in by ambulance and is very poorly.. no one is interested. I understand that the dept is extremely busy but no one of this age who also has heart failure should be left just sitting here like this.
