I had a minor surgery (removal of lipoma with general anaesthetic) in Forth Valley Hospital. Kirsty and Lauriann were very professional and friendly. Kirsty has explained to me everything what will happen on the surgery and guided me through the risks and after care. Lauriann was very attentive and friendly and was chatting me away to distract me from feeling anxious about all this procedure. Kirsty is very professional, she made sure that anaesthetic worked before she made a cut and have removed lipoma quickly and in one piece. I was very happy with all this experience. Kirsty & Lauriann are super stars! They are working so hard to help patients and definitely deserve all the appreciation for their work! So lucky to get this procedure done by them! All the best.
