"unable to get results - telephone service"

My father had a visit with a consultant, which was excellent. E N T. And also had an X Ray. We were advised to ring for results of X Ray. I have just spent over 70 mins explaining fully the hospital dept etc. passed from one dept to another , it seems ive just been put through to phones not being answered. finally put through to a fax , which cut me off. so here I am trying to get results which could be life threatening and no one to speak too. I tried the doctors , who have no results and have asked me to go back to hospital. So my next step is to drive to Wexham to try and get someone who is able to help.
