"complaints department, delta house west bromwich"

I have complained 3 months ago to delta house complaints department about the lack of care in a west Bromwich mental care ward, I have waited 3 months for them to start an investigation but when I phoned them they had not even started yet. , they even asked me where my daughter is so they had not been to see her. I feel that this complaints department is not being honest about the doctors the black country partnership is employing. One doctor took my daughter of her medication that she had taken for 14 years and said there was nothing wrong with her, now she is 10 times worse than when she was on the medication, they seem to be doing nothing to rectify this problem. I must say this complaints department did say it could take 6 months to sort out a complaint. perhaps if they started earlier they might get it done quicker or are they hoping I would forget.
