"Poor Phlebotomy service"

I arrived 25 mins prior to closing for this service at 11.35 and was told that they had closed for the day and tickets were removed. They had 20 people waiting. Perhaps more staff needed then. No point in having opening times if they close when they want to. It certainly did not feel like a caring service and no provision made for people s wellbeing.
