"Observation ward"

About: St John's Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

Was in the observation ward for 12 days, unable to walk for most of the time. The staff have been absolutely fantastic, the manager nurses Louise was absolutely fantastic, she good with me and the patients around me, always there to help out. There was a student nurse who I can’t remember her name was so unbelievable for a student who has only been in for a few weeks, she was fantastic with me the whole time, so helpful and polite. I cannot thank all the staff on the   ward enough for the support over the time I was in, it made my time easier because of there kindness and support. I don’t think they get enough credit for all there hard work they do in and day out.
