"Ok once actually seen"

I was referred by my GP for an MRI scan and it was 6.5 months before it took place. This included one face to face consultation with a doctor, one face to face consultation with a physio and one telephone consultation with a doctor and the the scan at Bedford Hospital. Long periods of time between the parts of the process and unable to contact the service by telephone due to constant delays as a result of recorded messages.. I would judge this to be very poor service.
