"Counselling Service"

I was referred to a counsellor via my GP to TalkBromley Counselling Service and although I was referred for group counselling, I was assigned a 1-1 counsellor and had to wait 7 months for my first appointment, it was definitely well worth the wait. My counsellor, Amapreet was brilliant! She carefully and skilfully listened to me and helped me through a very difficult set of problems and really did make a positive difference to my mental health. I was very pleased with the process and experience and over all quality of the service and counsellor. Thank you very much for providing the help I needed during the 6 sessions. We are very lucky to have such a service which is free on the NHS.
