"Very poor care home"

Unfortunately the expectation of this home having read the reviews on Care Homes UK, was very disappointing. The home is poorly led, which is confirmed by its CQC inspection. The food is dreadful, it has very little nutritional value and often inedible. Most of the facilities are not well maintained and is staffed by so many agency staff, who are not always up to speed on residents care plans, which is very worrying when you are entrusting them to look after loved ones.
