"Many different keyworkers"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am still in recovery my keyworker Vicky is fad and I couldn't wish for a more down to earth lady and straight to the point. I could see myself staying in recovery because in the years I have had too many different keyworkers. I need to stay with her as they have changed too many times in the past.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. It is really good to hear that you have connected with Vicky has your key worker and this has helped you stay in recovery. She is a very experienced recovery worker and such an asset to our team, I will ensure she hears you feedback.

Sorry to hear that you have had changes to key worker over the years, it is something we really try not to do, but on occasions we have to change when our staff move on or get promotion. When we are short staffed we also rely on temporary agency staff which we know is not way but is essential to ensure we have safe staffing levels.
