"Excellent practice"

I was seriously overweight until 2 years ago and was suffering from associated problems like very high blood pressure and high cholesterol and was pre-diabetic.The GP was kind and supportive but told me in no uncertain terms of the risks ahead of me if I didn't change. Somehow what he said helped change my mental attitude and I am forever grateful for his considered directness and for being so forthright.

More recently I have had another health issue which I would not be recovering from and dealing with if I had not lost the weight I did and it is this that has prompted me to write this review . My GP and the health assistants are so good.
