"Very efficient"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

After a DIY Incident I tore off my left hand thumb nail and lacerated my nail bed.

I went to the Leek Staffordshire Moorland walk in centre, where they advised me to go the Royal University Hospital Accident and Emergency at Newcastle Under Lyme.

I just want to say staff at the Leek and Newcastle sites were both brilliant and professional, and I cannot sing them enough praise. The process of diagnosis to solution was very efficient.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback which I have shared with the Emergency Department team. I hope your nail is healing well after what must have been a very painful accident

Kind Regards
