"Understanding and flexible"

I attended the blood test clinic with a GP blood test request this morning. But did not know that this service was no longer available at the PRU. The staff on duty explained the current process for GP referrals. After listening to my story (a misunderstanding as the referral actually originated from the PRU Heart Failure Unit) the nurse in charged discussed my situation with her manager who authorised the blood test to be completed.

I would like to record my thanks to the staff for their kindness and understanding. This level of service demonstrates a flexible and sympathetic approach to patient treatment. Once again a big thanks to the blood test staff.
