We went in because my son had high temperatures over 40, suffering from febrile convulsions and generally unwell. Our concern was that he could have meningitis.
We waited quite a while in the waiting area to be seen. Over 4 hours but when we were finally seen by Dr Aziz he was so thorough and brilliant. He spent over an hour with us- he answered all the questions we had about our sons health and he was so very understanding. We left after 5 hours in a and e feeling reassured and comfortable to go home after finding my son had tonsilitis.
My husband and I left thinking ‘if only everyone was like this doctor the world and nhs would be a better place!’ We can’t thank you enough!
