I came to the hospital for the results of an MRI Head Scan. My appointment was for 1.0pm. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. The department did not appear busy. I was kept waiting until about 2pm. before I saw the anyone. The person I saw was very nice, but no one had kept me informed of why there was such a delay and no one apologised.
