About: St John's Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My little boy attended A&E following a lip injury yesterday. This isn't our local A&E and was first time in the hospital. What a great first impression...the receptionists were lovely to my wee boy and took the time to talk to him about his toys. Shortly after, we were seen by Nurse AJ who couldn’t have been any nicer to both myself and little

One. We were then seen about half an hour later by a nurse practitioner (never caught his name) again, same treatment as before. 

All staff from Start to finish were so kind and caring towards my wee boy and we were seen and dealt with very quickly. Thankyou to all!
