(as the patient),

Just had some tests done by Paddy one of the specialised nurses. This man knew his business. Tests  done with dignity, skill, and care. Took time to explain every move in simple terms and great detail, For once I left the hospital with the confidence that I was in good, caring hands. Have no doubt now that my problem will be dealt with efficiently. Thanks to everyone.
