"Very nice and made conversation"

I got my blood taken today by two ladies at Coatbridge Health Centre, who were very nice and made conversation with me to help me feel a lot more comfortable and relaxed, I've had my blood taken many times before, but it's always nice to have someone converse with you just to make you less scared or worried, especially if you've never done it before or are scared of needles, it really helps a lot.
