I attended Forth Valley Royal today, I've not been for years. 

The two girls, Pamela and Laurianne removed a lump from under my arm. The whole thing went fantastically, didn't have to wait too long, I was taken on time. I can say it was fantastic, the girls were absolutely brilliant.
