"Lots of locums"

I have seen a locum every time I have been. I was misdiagnosed by a locum which has resulted in partial blindness in one eye. It happens - nobody is perfect but I felt that the appointment was rushed and I was brushed off. My symptoms were definitely not taken seriously. I'm now under the care of MRI Eye Hospital who have been amazing but I should have been referred to them much earlier than I was. Receptionists have always been fine with me, bunt, but fine. It can be tricky to get through on the phone but they do generally have appointments available within a decent amount of time.
