(as the patient),

I went to have my bloods taken today at Coatbridge Health Centre and I was met by a lovely nurse called Kim, she was very pleasant and chatted away and made my visit really good.

Hi There

Thank you for taking the time to put on feedback on your experience within the phlebotomy service. Kim is one of our new members of staff and I will ensure she is aware of your feedback.

We have just recently increased our staffing and our timings for this service so I'm glad things are going well.
