About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Winchester

(as a service user),

Inclusion has been, and is, amazing.  Meeting new people in similar circumstances is a powerful experience.  Feeling less isolated and knowing you are not alone.  ACT is one of my favourite groups, it is educational and extremely interesting learning how behaviours affect your habits and addictions.

All the staff are wonderful and extremely supportive.  Having the hub there to support my journey has been life saving.  I am very thankful for the service!
