"Don't bother ringing as service is useless"

Rang the out of hours service as felt I ned to see/speak to a doctor before own doctors surgery opened and was told based on symptoms and questions asked I couldn't speak to a doctor and to contact own surgery in morning despite being in pain and discomfort to a point that keeps me awake at night. what is point of this service when can't even speak or to see a doctor when feel things have got worse. All the can advise on phone is take pain relief that I was taking that doesn't work as pain has got worse, was told can ring back if gets worse . Don't bother to ring unless dying that is how I felt. Worse service ever given.
