"My experience on Saturday 28th September2019 "

My husband dialled 999 mid afternoon on 28th September 2019 as I was experiencing severe chest pains, which I had had on and off for a week,passing them off as acid reflux.The first responder was here within 10 minutes closely followed by the ambulance crew, who after doing all their tests and making me feel more relaxed took me off to Colchester hospital, the crews were amazing and I would like to say a massive Thankyou to them, one member of the crew saw I was upset after speaking to the dr in a and e who had just explained I would need to stay in and he came to reassure me , they all work so hard but nothing was too much trouble, I felt like I was wasting their time as I thought I had acid reflux, it turned out to be a heart attack, but not once did they make me feel like they shouldn’t of been called; all of them were amazing, Thankyou all so very much .
