Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback, regarding your recent visit to the Gynaecology Outpatients Department at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.

The whole team are really passionate about ensuring patients who attend our clinics are treated in a respectful manner with compassion, and that the care they receive is patient centred, in line with our Trust values.

We always welcome feedback so that we know if there are areas we need to improve on but when the team receive such positive comments it is really rewarding for them all, and in particular for those you have taken the time to name individually.

We are pleased that you felt able to relax during your procedure as all the staff do appreciate how hard that can be, and I hope that if you do ever need to visit us again you would feel less nervous.
