Been going to the physio department and seeing a young girl. Lyndsay. Cannot praise her enough, she is so kind and explains everything in great detail in a way that I actually understood - it's just so much clearer. It's a relaxed and happy experience an knowledgeable. Wanted to say thank you as we all quick to complain but rarely do we praise.
