I arrived a bit early for my Pre-Op assessment, was welcomed at reception, given some reading material and a form to fill out and was directed to the waiting room. Despite being early I didn't have long to wait. I was assessed in two stages by Kattey and Gail. Both were very reassuring, kind hearted and polite. I was given reading material to take away and told I would receive a letter giving the date for my prostate biopsy.
I could not fault any aspect of the service I received this morning. Well done ARI and the NHS
