Day unit and Endoscopy unit

I cannot enter the correct department below as it is not offered as an option! Day unit and endoscopy unit I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone on the day unit who made my stay a pleasant experience. I had been a patient on the unit a year before and the nurses remembered me. This instantly put me at ease. One of nurses, I had a long chat to. She was kind and caring and listened to me. I was really grateful to her for compassion and understanding. All the patients were treated kindly and received good nursing care with lots of genuine good humour and team work. I am extremely grateful for the expertise and care that was given to me. Thank you once again. 

Endoscopy unit. 

The staff work together as one team and to me they are all marvellous. They take their time to explain things and understand. The team that looked after me were great. The care I received was fantastic. I was told everything I needed to know about the procedure. I was treated as an individual and listened to. Thank you.
