"Dreadful Practice lack of humanity"

This Doctors Practice used to be well run. It is now a total failure.

As a healthy individual previously I used it very little. Now that I do need care neither the Doctors nor reception staff seem interested or have even bothered to read my notes to understand my diagnosis

If the phone does get answered I have never been nearer than “you are eighth in the queue”

I was left in agony last week, the duty Doctor on my third desperate call to the surgery told me that there was no way of getting any help that day as the District nurses do not work for the practice and my problem was not one that she dealt with. I found out subsequently that a same day referral could have been requested to the nursing team on line

I have been told by this same nursing team that I must ask for a home visit today I was told by the surgery that I might get a phone call from the very same duty Doctor who showed no interest last week. Also that if I could get to a chemotherapy appointment at hospital with spinal fractures

I could get up to the surgery unbelievable.
