Services often come under criticism, however, as a patient of the City Way Practice for two years I feel I must share my personal experience. Over the last two years I have suffered a number of health problems for which I have needed medical investigations and treatment. I have always found the reception staff at the City Way Practice to be polite, professional and caring and have always been provided with an appropriate and timely appointment to see the GP, often on the same day to my needs. The GP’s again have always treated me with care and respect, have been attentive and consultations and treatment plans have always been effective and efficient and always for the opportunity for further help and follow up. I am very grateful and appreciative of the care I have received at the City Way Practice, and wish to thank the whole staff team.
