"Lack of care"

About: Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust

Arrived at A&E 8.30 this morning now 4pm and not bin seen by a Dr waiting over three quarters of an hour for paracetamol nurse call buzzer has now been going for half an hour and has not been answered. Is this care I ask myself ???
