I visited today with my 18month old grandson through the 111 service. We had very little time to wait and were dealt with by a very kind and thorough nurse who explained the virus to us and gave us a print out explaining the symptoms and how to care for my grandson. We were extremely satisfied by the attentive and kind way we were dealt with when it involved examining a very frightened little boy.
