"Terrible experience neurosurgery"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Neurosurgery

Following a recent RTA and spending 5 days in neurosurgery my experience was horrendous. From poor communication, lack of pain relief, unhelpful staff, no communication with partner, no visit from consulant, wrong information about injuries, I never wish to find myself there again. And yes my mum has contacted PALS and spoke to someone about my concerns and they informed her they would call back. It's now 1 week since she called and we have had no response.

I visited another consultant this week regarding other injuries and he is horrified at what my answers were to his questions.

An overall horrendous experience.
