(as a service user),

I attended the breast clinic at crosshouse hospital today, service was so quick and prompt investigations all carried out same day. Wonderful service, staff were excellent from Mr Batachari the consultant to the staff nurse that was in room with me, to the radiologists that carried out my ultrasound and the mammogram. Definitely puts the wonderful into the NHS.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. It is truly lovely to hear how well the service has worked for you. Every visit to hospital can be difficult but I do think there are some scarier than others. Breast problems (in my view) are pretty high 'up there' with the scare factor.
