Hello, had a cyst seen by GP first and later on received a letter to attend a hospital appointment for the cyst to be removed.

Before the meeting I was not that happy with the communication from medical staff at GP, wanted to hear pros and cons. 

As soon as my hospital appointment started, the team has been very nice, took the time to explain me pros and cons, and from when I've decided to have the cyst removed, everything went even better. Never feel a thing from when I was number to two weeks after (today). 

Still waiting to hear the result from the cyst examination, but I'm very happy with the way I was dealt with and i wanted to share this one out.

Thanks a million team @Forth Valley hospital.
