I have just had a pacemaker fitted in Stoke hospital and the care from start to finish cannot be faulted
I was treated like a private patient, nothing was too much trouble from the house keepers to the consultants
I have no complaints about the food which tasty and hot and a good choice
The only sad thing was after being on the ward I had to go through A and E for an X-ray to see people in corridors on stretchers waiting to be seen
This is a good reason to open up Stafford hospital A and E again to avoid the poor nurses and doctors being worn out
