Thank you for letting us know how we did on your visit.

I would hope that "care, courtesy and professionalism" were the minimum all our patients should expect, but it is great you recognise this and were happy to share.

Hopefully everything is healing well and you weren't too uncomfortable when the anaesthetic wore off.
