About: Heartlands Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I attended the Heartland Hospital for an endoscopy procedure.  The team that looked after me from beginning to end were absolutely fantastic, answered any questions I had, very calming, kind and friendly to all the patients not just me.  I would like to thank them for supporting patients in what can be a stressful time.  

I hope my feedback is useful for other people and their families who maybe due to have this procedure.

It would be good to make a positive difference.  Please let the endoscopy team know that they are doing a fantastic job and I hope they know they are appreciated for all the long hours and hard work they do.
