About: Croydon University Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

We got a text message 1 hour prior to the appointment in the fracture clinic where my 3 year old son booked in.

The clinic is cancelled because the one Registrar doesn't come to work.

When enquired at the reception, they were able to take him to the other doctor available.

I am so pleased with the service that they gave.

I am sorry that your appointment was cancelled at short notice but pleased that another doctor was able to see your son and you were happy with the service you received.
